Generally, each team will have two practices per week and one game on the weekend.
The3rd/4th grade level: Basic stick skills, including cradling (carrying the ball), passing and shooting are taught. We also teach defensive positioning and offensive skills all the while maintaining a constructive and encouraging atmosphere for our players.
The 5th/6th grade players will accelerate through the basic skills progression quickly enabling more advanced drills. Basic offensive and defensive concepts are introduced in addition to skill development.
With our 7th/8th grade levels, we continue the development process. Building on the drills incorporated at the younger levels, players development and athletic ability allow for more advanced concepts and strategies to be introduced.
